Recomputes column AV (“TDLR Database Reconcile”) on every row of the Submissions table by comparing Sheriff inspection dates against the TDLR public registry. Runs automatically after the daily CSV sync; use this button for an immediate refresh after manually editing the workbook or chasing TDLR for a recent commit. Manual overrides typed into col AV (e.g., “n/a”, “ignore”) are preserved.
General business expenses (supplies, meals, etc.) — not trip-bound. Feeds Payroll EXPENSES subtotal as reimbursements.
Drop one or more Sheriff-generated inspection PDFs here to produce TDLR violation-correction letters. PDFs are clustered by ELBI — one correction letter per ELBI, covering all decals in the batch. Reads the form fields directly; nothing is written to the database. Scanned / flattened PDFs are skipped.
